Customers who do not show for a booking can be tracked directly from the 'Calendar' and viewed in the 'Customers' section of the 'CRM'.
CRM > Customers > "Customer Name" > Bookings > 'Status' column
This allows you or your staff to easily search for a customer and view their booking history at any time.
To track a "no show" in the 'Calendar', click on the booking (the booking must be in the past) and press the 'Did not show' button. For multiple booking services, you must click on the edit icon next to the person's name to complete this task.
Please note: You do not need to click on the 'completed' button each time as the customer will automatically be marked as completed after the booking commencement time.
