You can manage email and SMS notifications in the 'Notifications' section of 'Setup'.
New booking notifications can be sent to 'Business email', 'Staff email' or both. Your business email is generally your main business contact email address and the staff email is for the staff member associated with the relevant service.
New booking notifications can be sent to either a 'Business Mobile' or 'Staff mobile'.
Advanced SMS options can be found in the 'More details' section as shown below. 'Last minute' SMS notifications allow you to receive an SMS only when a booking is made within the time period you define.
