Can I 'unredeem' a Groupon voucher which I redeemed by mistake? Follow

Unfortunately you are not able to "unredeem" a voucher that you have redeemed in error or that you will no longer be providing the service for.

If the customer still needs to be refunded for this voucher please provide them with confirmation that you are happy for the refund to be given and ask them to contact Groupon's Customer Service department through their Groupon account.

Any payment made for this voucher will be deducted from your payment the next time you redeem a voucher from the same offer.
