Booking Notifications

You will be notified of new, amended and cancelled bookings as soon as it happens via email. You can change your notification email address or add a second email address.

You can also receive notifications via SMS and send SMS booking reminders to your customers.



Viewing Bookings

The activity tab shows your upcoming and latest bookings in real-time.



All bookings can be viewed in the calendar, accessible from the left side navigation menu.




You can search for bookings by name, voucher number, phone or email address.



Adding Bookings

You can manually add Scoopon/Cudo/Deals bookings and regular bookings via the calendar. Click here to see how easy it is.



Changing Bookings

Bookings can be changed to another date or time from the booking ticket in the calendar. Click here for more details.


Verifying a Voucher

You can quickly verify the validity of a voucher for walk-in customers without making a booking.



Using the Support Centre to learn more

The support centre provides more tips and insights including how to close sessions, how to adjust booking capacities and how to block out dates that you are closed.
