Quick Note is especially designed for lightweight note-taking. You can use it as a simple notepad, scratchpad, clipboard, or to record todo lists for the customer upcoming appointments.
To access quick note, you need to go to CRM > Customer > "Search the patient/customer name" > Edit
Once you have the customer profile open, simply click on Notes tab to access quick note.
You can add in your notes in the field given and click on the Add Note button to save your work.
To edit, simply click on edit button on the note you want to update.
