Quick Note is especially designed for lightweight note-taking. You can use it as a simple notepad, scratchpad, clipboard, or to record to-do lists for the customer upcoming appointments.
To access your quick note, you need to go to CRM > Customer > "Search the patient/customer name" > Edit
Once you have the customer profile open, simply click on the Notes tab and select Detailed note. Select which template you need to fill out from the available note templates that you have on file. You can click here to learn how to add and update your existing templates.
