How to manage how you are notified of Optus Dining booking requests Follow

You can choose which email address your Optus Dining booking requests come to. You can also opt in to receive Optus Dining booking requests by SMS at no extra cost. 

 

To manage how you receive notifications:

  1. Log in to your Optus Dining restaurant profile at https://app.nabooki.com/auth/login/client/optus

Note: Your login details are provided separately by Nabooki via email. If you don’t have these details, please contact the partnerships team.

  1. Navigate to Setup > Notifications

  2. Under Email notifications, select "Send booking notification to: Business email" and nominate up to 2 email addresses

  3. To opt in to receive booking requests by SMS, turn SMS notifications ON, select "Send booking notification to: Business mobile" and enter your mobile number

  4. Press Update to confirm your changes

Alternatively, you can contact the Edge Loyalty partnerships team to ask them to update your notification details on your behalf.
