Can customers amend or cancel Vively bookings? Follow

Based on the cancellation policy you define, customers can edit or modify their bookings by using the link provided in the booking confirmation email.

They will receive an email when a booking is made containing a link to amend their booking. By clicking on "Manage booking", the customer will be taken to the booking tool and will have the ability to select a new date and/or time.

You will be notified via email and your Calendar will be updated based on the customer's selection.
