About Booking IDs
Every booking in Nabooki is assigned a unique Booking ID. This ID is the quickest way to locate a specific booking and is also used by customers to manage their reservation online.
How it works
When a booking is made, Nabooki automatically generates a Booking ID and attaches it to that reservation. This ID stays with the booking and can be used to:
- Search for a booking in your Nabooki account
- Identify a specific booking when contacting support
- Allow customers to change or cancel their booking online
Where to find the Booking ID
You can find the Booking ID in two places:
- The booking confirmation email β sent to you when the booking was made
- The booking detail β find the relevant booking and click on it to see the Booking ID
π Note: The Booking ID is different from the Order ID. The Booking ID refers to a specific reservation, while the Order ID is assigned to a transaction or purchase. See the Nabooki Glossary for definitions of both terms.
