Accessing your account

Learn how to access your Nabooki account to manage your booking platform. 

Step-by-step instructions:

  1. Open your web browser and go to the Nabooki login page.
  2. Enter the email address linked to your account.
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Click Log In.
  5. If two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled on your account, enter the verification code sent to your registered email address or mobile device.
  6. Once verified, you'll be taken to your Nabooki dashboard.
💡Tip: Bookmark the Nabooki login page in your browser for faster access next time.

I forgot my password. How can I reset it?
Click Forgot your password? on the login page and follow the steps in How to Reset Your Password
My login details aren’t working. What should I do?
  • Ensure you’re using the correct email address.
  • Check for typos in your email or password.
  • If you’ve recently changed your email, use the updated login email.
  • I’m locked out of my account. How can I regain access?
  • If your account has been locked due to too many failed login attempts, wait 10 minutes before trying again.
