Add a new booking 

You can manually add bookings to your calendar if you have phone, email, or walk-ins. 

There are various ways to add a booking, depending on how your account and services are set up. We'll walk you through the options below. 


Add a new booking (basic)

  1. Go to Schedule > Calendar from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click + Add Booking at the top left of the Calendar.
  3. Select the service and date/time.
  4. Enter the customer's details.
  5. If the service requires payment, enter the customer's card details.
  6. Click Confirm Booking to finalise.


Add a new booking to a schedule or group session

  1. Go to Schedule > Calendar from the left-hand menu.
  2. Find the scheduled session on your calendar.
  3. Select the schedule. 
  4. Click Add Booking on the Booking List Page. 
  5. If you have multiple options, ensure you click the option dropdown. 
  6. Enter the customer's details.
  7. Click Add Booking to confirm. 

Add a new time-slot booking 

  1. Go to Schedule > Calendar from the left-hand menu.
  2. Click on the desired time-slot for your correct date. 
  3. In the Add new page, make sure you are on the booking page. 
  4. Select the relevant staff/resource and service.
  5. Enter the customer's details.
  6. Fill out any other relevant information. 
  7. Click Add Booking to confirm. 
📝Note: You cannot collect payment when creating a time-slot booking, this can be completed after the booking is created. 


Troubleshooting & FAQs

Which method should I use to manually add a booking?

If you require immediate payment, use Add a booking (basic). If you need to hold a spot without upfront payment, use Add a time-slot booking. For group bookings like classes or tours, use Add a booking to a schedule or group session. 


Can I add multiple bookings for the same time slot?
Yes, if the service allows group bookings, multiple customers can be added to the same timeslot.
How do I process payment for a walk-in booking?
You can manually record the payment method (such as cash) or send a payment request link via email.
Will customers receive an email confirmation?

Yes, you have the option to sen an email confirmation or SMS if they relevant contact details are provided.
