Agent Reporting

Agent Reporting

Overview

The Agent Admin Portal includes built-in reporting tools that give you complete visibility into bookings, commissions, and payments across all your connected merchants. Two reports are available: the Orders Report and the Payments & Refunds Report.

Orders Report

The Orders Report provides a consolidated view of all bookings made through your connected merchants, helping you track order activity and monitor commission earnings.

Accessing the Report

  1. Log in to your Agent Admin Portal
  2. Navigate to Reports in the main menu
  3. Select [Agent Name] Orders Report

The report opens in a new browser tab, making it easy to view, export, or reference alongside other work.

Filtering Results

Use the From and Until date filters to narrow results by order creation date. This is useful for reconciling commissions over a specific period, such as a weekly or monthly billing cycle.

What's Included

The Orders Report displays the following fields for each booking:

ColumnDescription
Merchant NameThe merchant the booking was made with
Customer NameThe customer the booking was made for
Order IDUnique identifier for the order
Order Created DateDate the order was created
Total AmountFull order value before discounts
DiscountAny discount applied to the order
Final PriceOrder value after discounts
Outstanding Amount DueRemaining balance yet to be paid
CommissionCommission amount earned on the booking
Commission TaxTax applicable to the commission

Results are sorted with the newest orders first and support large datasets through pagination.

Payments & Refunds Report

The Payments & Refunds Report helps you reconcile payments, refunds, and commission deductions across all your connected merchants in one place.

Accessing the Report

  1. Log in to your Agent Admin Portal
  2. Navigate to Reports in the main menu
  3. Select Payments & Refunds Report

What's Included

This report includes all the same columns as the merchant-facing Payments & Refunds Report, with the addition of a Merchant Name column so you can distinguish activity across multiple merchants at a glance.

The report is particularly useful for reconciling agent commission payments, which are recorded in the system as Manual Payment – Agent. These entries reflect the commission automatically deducted at the time of booking, rather than a separate payment you need to process yourself.

Tips for Using Agent Reports

  • Run reports monthly to reconcile commissions and confirm outstanding balances with your merchants
  • Use the date filters in the Orders Report to isolate a specific billing period before exporting
  • Look for Manual Payment – Agent entries in the Payments & Refunds Report to verify that commission deductions have been correctly applied to each booking
  • Cross-reference both reports if you need to match payment records to specific orders
