The Agent Admin Portal includes built-in reporting tools that give you complete visibility into bookings, commissions, and payments across all your connected merchants. Two reports are available: the Orders Report and the Payments & Refunds Report.
The Orders Report provides a consolidated view of all bookings made through your connected merchants, helping you track order activity and monitor commission earnings.
The report opens in a new browser tab, making it easy to view, export, or reference alongside other work.
Use the From and Until date filters to narrow results by order creation date. This is useful for reconciling commissions over a specific period, such as a weekly or monthly billing cycle.
The Orders Report displays the following fields for each booking:

| Customer Name | The customer the booking was made for |
| Order ID | Unique identifier for the order |
| Order Created Date | Date the order was created |
| Total Amount | Full order value before discounts |
| Discount | Any discount applied to the order |
| Final Price | Order value after discounts |
| Outstanding Amount Due | Remaining balance yet to be paid |
| Commission | Commission amount earned on the booking |
| Commission Tax | Tax applicable to the commission |
The Payments & Refunds Report helps you reconcile payments, refunds, and commission deductions across all your connected merchants in one place.
This report includes all the same columns as the merchant-facing Payments & Refunds Report, with the addition of a Merchant Name column so you can distinguish activity across multiple merchants at a glance.
The report is particularly useful for reconciling agent commission payments, which are recorded in the system as Manual Payment – Agent. These entries reflect the commission automatically deducted at the time of booking, rather than a separate payment you need to process yourself.
