Agent Settings: Managing Your Agent Profile

Agents have their own dedicated Settings page in Nabooki, making it easy to manage your organization's profile, branding, contact details, address, and billing information all in one place.

Overview

If you're an agent working with merchants on Nabooki, you can update your organization's details directly from your account without needing to contact support or the merchant. This keeps your information accurate and up to date across every order and communication tied to your agency.

Accessing Agent Settings

  1. Log in to your agent account.
  2. Navigate to Settings from your account menu.
  3. Your organization's profile fields are ready to review or update.

What You Can Manage

The Agent Settings page is organized into four sections:

Agent Details

  • Agent name (required)
  • Account handle — your unique agent identifier
  • Company name
  • Business registration number
  • Country and Timezone (required) — your timezone affects how booking times and reports are displayed to you

Address

  • Address line 1 (required)
  • Address line 2
  • Suburb (required), State/Territory, Postcode

Branding

  • Agent logo — displayed across agent-facing surfaces
  • Agent icon — a compact version of your logo used in smaller UI elements

Website & Description

  • Agent website
  • Agent description — a free-text field for details about your agency, including any integration or promotional terms relevant to your account

Contact & Billing

  • Contact number
  • Billing email

Required Fields

A few fields must be completed before your settings can be saved:

  • Agent Name
  • Timezone
  • Address Line 1
  • Suburb

If any of these are left blank, you won't be able to save your changes.

Invoice Agent Settings

If you are an invoice agent (able to make bookings without pre-payment), your account includes an additional setting:

  1. Consolidated Statement Frequency: Configured by the merchant — determines how often you receive grouped statements of completed/unpaid orders. Options include daily, weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.

These statements help you track what you owe the merchant and reconcile your booking activity.

Updating Your Own Profile Information

For changes to your personal login details (password), manage these through your standard Nabooki account settings within the Agent Portal.
