Booking Page


The
Booking Page allows you to create a standalone online booking page for your business. This page can be shared directly with customers using a unique URL or linked to your existing website.

It provides a simple way for customers to view your services and make bookings online.

How the Booking Page Works πŸ”—

Once configured, Nabooki generates a public booking page URL that you can:
  • Share directly with customers
  • Add to your website
  • Include in emails or social media
  • Use as your main online booking page
Customers visiting this page can view services and complete their bookings online.

Accessing the Booking Page Settings βš™οΈ

To configure your booking page:
1️⃣ Go to Marketplace
2️⃣ Select
Booking Page
3️⃣ Open the
Settings tab
From here you can customise the information displayed on your booking page.

Marketplace Details 🏒

This section allows you to provide basic information about your business.



You can configure:
  • Business Name
    The name displayed on your booking page.

  • Website URL
    A link to your external website if you have one.

  • Qualifications πŸŽ“
    Add professional qualifications or certifications.

  • Awards πŸ†
    Highlight any awards or recognitions your business has received.

  • Hide Address πŸ“
    Choose whether your business address is visible.

  • Hide Trading Hours ⏰
    Choose whether your business trading hours are displayed.

  • Hide Service Duration ⏱️
    Hide or show the duration of services on the booking page.

  • Listing Layout πŸ“‹
    Select how services are displayed on the page.

Images, Video and Description πŸ–ΌοΈ

This section allows you to add visual and descriptive content to your booking page.


About Us Description πŸ“

You can add an About Us description to introduce your business to customers. This section supports formatted text so you can include:
  • Business background
  • Services you specialise in
  • Your experience or story

Business Logo 🧩

You can upload one business logo which will appear on the booking page.

Feature Images πŸ“Έ

You can upload up to four feature images to showcase your business. These images may include:
  • Your location
  • Services in action
  • Facilities
  • Branding photos
High quality images help create a more engaging booking experience for customers.

Video Integration πŸŽ₯

You can also embed a video by adding a YouTube or Vimeo URL. This can be useful for:
  • Introducing your business
  • Explaining services
  • Showing your space or experience
The video can be positioned either before or after the feature images, allowing you to choose how the content is presented on your booking page.

Previewing the Booking Page πŸ‘€

At any time, you can click Preview Page to see how your booking page will appear to customers before sharing it.


Sharing Your Booking Page πŸ“€

To get the direct URL for your Booking Page, navigate to Online Widgets > Booking Widget.
