Booking Page

Booking Page

Your Booking Page is a public-facing webpage where customers can view your services and make bookings online. Nabooki generates a unique URL for your page that you can share directly with customers or link from your website, emails, and social media.

This article explains how your Booking Page works and walks you through customising it.

What is the Booking Page?

Your Booking Page is your main online presence for customer bookings. Once it's set up, Nabooki gives you a unique URL you can share anywhere — your website, emails, or social media. Customers can visit the page, view your services, and complete a booking without calling you.

Unlike the Booking Widget, which embeds into an existing page, the Booking Page is a standalone page hosted by Nabooki.

Before you start

You'll need access to your Nabooki account with permissions to manage Online Widgets settings.

Step-by-step instructions

Access your Booking Page settings

  1. Go to Online Widgets in your Nabooki dashboard.
  2. Select All Services Booking Page.
  3. Click Customise Page.

Add your business details

Under Marketplace Details, fill in your business information:
  1. Business Name — the name displayed on your Booking Page.
  2. Website URL — a link to your external website, if you have one.
  3. Qualifications — any professional qualifications or certifications.
  4. Awards — any awards or recognitions your business has received.

Choose your visibility preferences:

  1. Hide Address — toggle whether your business address is shown.
  2. Hide Trading Hours — toggle whether your trading hours are displayed.
  3. Hide Service Duration — toggle whether service durations appear on the page.

Select your Listing Layout — choose how services are displayed:

1. Default / Layout 1
Services are displayed on the right
About & Business Details displayed on the left.
2. Layout 2
Services are displayed in tiles below the about section.
About & Business Details displayed as the header section.

Add images, video, and a description

  1. Under Images, Video and Description, add an About Us description to introduce your business. You can include your background, the services you specialise in, or your story. This field supports formatted text.
  2. Upload your Business Logo — one logo can be added and will appear on the Booking Page.
  3. Upload up to four Feature Images to showcase your business — for example, your location, services in action, facilities, or branding photos.
  4. To add a video, paste a YouTube or Vimeo URL into the video field. Choose whether the video appears before or after your feature images.

Preview and share your Booking Page

  1. Click Preview Page at any time to see how your page looks to customers before sharing.
  2. To get your Booking Page URL, go to Online Widgets > All services Booking Page & Copy the URL to share.
