Nabooki automatically sends customers email or SMS reminders (if enabled) before their upcoming bookings, helping reduce no-shows and keeping your schedule running smoothly.
Reminders are sent approximately 48 hours before a booking is due. If SMS notifications are enabled on your account, customers receive both an email and an SMS at the same time.
No reminders are sent if a booking is made within 48 hours of the appointment time.
Each reminder email contains:
Booking details — date, time, and service provider
A Manage Booking link so customers can view, change, or cancel their booking (subject to your cancellation policy)
Instructions on how to contact your business if changes are needed within the cancellation window
A link to the Customer Portal, where customers can view and manage all their upcoming and past bookings
SMS reminders include a brief confirmation of the booking date, time, and service provider. They supplement the email reminder and can help improve attendance — SMS messages have a significantly higher open rate than email.
SMS reminders are only sent if SMS notifications are enabled on your account and you have sufficient SMS credits.

Yes, you can view the notifications history via the Booking History tab in each booking.
No reminder email or SMS is sent automatically if the booking occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
