Can I allow my customers to make a booking directly

Can I allow my customers to make a booking directly

Overview

Yes — customers can make bookings directly through a dedicated agent URL linked to your agency. This is called a Gross Agent Booking, and it works differently from when you make a booking yourself while logged in.

How It Works

Each agent has a unique booking tool URL for each operator. This is the same URL used to create a net booking when the agent is logged in. When this URL is shared with customers:

  1. The customer visits the link and browses the available services (only those activated for your agency).

  2. The customer selects products, enters their details, and pays full price at checkout.

  3. The customer is not logged in as you — they're simply using your agent-linked booking page.

What Happens with Commission

Because the customer is not logged in as your agency, the commission is not deducted from the payment. Instead:

  1. The full price is collected from the customer.

  2. Your commission is captured and tracked in the system at the time of booking.

  3. The operator owes you the commission amount, which is settled offline after the booking is completed, typically via RCTI (Recipient Created Tax Invoice) generated by the operator.

Payment Requirements for Customer Bookings

Customer bookings through your agent URL must be fully paid at the time of booking. Deferred payment (pay by invoice) is not available on these bookings. The customer pays full price upfront via credit card or another accepted payment method.

Tracking Your Customer Bookings

All bookings made through your agent URL appear in your Agent Portal under Bookings, clearly showing:

  1. The order details and customer information.

  2. The commission earned (to be settled later).

  3. The commission settlement status.

You can use the Orders Report to monitor all customer bookings and track pending commission payments owed to you by the operator.

A Commission Report will be added soon, along with new dashboards that are coming in a future update. These will make it easier to view and understand your commission and booking data.

Sharing Your Agent URL

Your agent booking URL is accessible from the Merchants page in the Agent Portal. Contact the operator or Nabooki Support if you need help finding or sharing your agent-specific link.

This is the same URL used when you are logged in to create a net agent booking.
