Create a recurring booking
Create a recurring booking
Recurring bookings allow you to schedule regular future booking, such as weekly or monthly bookings. This guide walks you through the recurring booking feature and how to make a recurring booking.
Before You Start
- Recurring bookings copy across all the current details of the original booking.
- A single notification (email, SMS, or both) is sent for the entire series, not for each individual booking.
⚠️ Warning: Recurring bookings are not supported if you are using the QuickBooks integration.
Step-by-step instructions
- In the left-hand menu, Go to Schedule > Calendar or Timeline.
- Select a date and click an available time slot or an existing schedule.
- In the booking window, enter the customer's details or select an existing customer.
- Select a Repeat option from the dropdown — either Weekly or Fortnightly.
- Enter a value in the Number of times field to set how many times the booking should repeat.
- Click Add Booking.
Nabooki will create all bookings in the series automatically. The next screen will list the dates of every booking that was created.
📝 Note: If no schedules are available for the selected recurrence pattern, you'll see a message confirming that no suitable time slots were found.
