Customer Note Report

You can export a report of all customer notes from Nabooki as a CSV, XLS, or XML file. The report includes each note's date added, date edited, customer name, note type, and note template.

Before You Start:

  1. You need Manager permissions to access reports.

View and export Customer Notes data 

  1. In the left navigation menu, go to Reports.
  2. Scroll down and select Customer Notes Report.
  3. Choose your date range.
  4. Click View to load the report.
  5. Click the filter button to narrow results if needed.
  6. Select your preferred file format — CSV, XLS, or XML — and export the report.
