Customise your confirmation email

You can add a custom message to the booking confirmation email sent to customers for any service. Use it to share instructions, reminders, or anything else customers need to know before their booking.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Inventory > Services using the left navigation menu.
  2. Find the service you want to update and click Edit.
  3. Navigate to the Booking Preferences tab.
  4. Scroll down to the Customer Confirmation section.
  5. Enter your message in the text field.
  6. Click Update to save your changes.

💡Tip: Use this space for things like pre-booking requirements, payment reminders, meeting point details, or what customers should bring or wear.

📝Note: The custom message is set per service. If you want different messages for different services, you'll need to edit each service separately.

Can I add different custom messages for different services?
Yes, the custom message is set per service in the Booking Preferences tab, so you can tailor messages to each service.
Where exactly does the custom message appear in the email?

It appears within the booking confirmation email content, below the booking details section.

Can I include links or images in the custom message?
You can include clickable links in the custom message, but you cannot apply text formatting such as bold or italics. Images are not supported.
