Downgrading your subscription
This guide walks you through switching to a lower-tier Nabooki plan from within your account settings.
Before You Start:
Who can do this: Only the account owner can make changes to the subscription plan.
Step-by-step instructions:
- Log in to your Nabooki account.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
- Click View Plan to see your current plan and available options.
- Under Change Your Plan, click the drop-down box to Select Your Plan
- Select the plan you'd like to move to.
- Choose how you'd like the downgrade to take effect:
- At the end of your current billing cycle (Change your plan for the next billing period)
Your current plan stays active until the end of the period, and the new plan starts at the beginning of the next cycle. You won't be charged the lower rate until then.
- Immediately (Change your plan or the current billing period)
The new plan activates straight away. You'll be charged a prorated amount based on the new plan for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Some features may become unavailable right away.
- Click Update to confirm your selection.

⚠️ Warning: Before confirming, check that your current setup fits within the limits of the new plan — for example, the number of calendars, staff members, or locations you use. Features or data that exceed those limits may become inaccessible once the downgrade takes effect.
📝 Note: After downgrading, your plan will renew automatically at the new rate unless you make further changes before the next billing date.
