Filter active and expired services
Filter active and expired services
The Services page includes a filter that lets you control which services are displayed — active services only, or your full list including expired ones. This makes it easier to stay focused on what's currently available without losing visibility of older services when you need them.
How it works
By default, the Services page shows all of your active services. When a service expires, it no longer appears in that view — but it isn't deleted. You can bring expired services back into view at any time by changing the filter.
This is useful when you want to review a past service, check its settings, or use it as a reference when creating something new.
Where to find it
You'll find the filter on the Services page, which is under Inventory in the left navigation menu. The dropdown appears at the top of the services list.
There are two options in the dropdown:
- Active Services — shows only services that are currently available for booking
- All Services — shows both active and expired services
Select the option that suits what you're trying to do. The page updates immediately when you change the filter.
