What happens at the end of my free trial?

After your 30-day free trial, you can subscribe to one of our plans. You can speak with our helpful staff anytime about your requirements and ensure Nabooki is the best fit for you. If you choose not to subscribe, your account will be downgraded to our free plan with no online booking functionality.


Will Nabooki’s software work with my existing website?

Nabooki's booking system is designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing website. Our software works on all website platforms and we provide you with an embed code that can be easily added to your site. This flexibility ensures that no matter what platform you’re on, from WordPress to Wix, Shopify to custom-built, you can add online bookings to your site with ease.


What if I don’t have a website?

If you don’t currently have a website, Nabooki can assist you in getting started with a Booking Page fully optimised for bookings. You can then direct your customers to this site from your social media pages or other online presence. This solution not only makes your services available online but also comes with the full functionality of our booking system.

What is a booking calendar?

A booking calendar is a key component of our service management system. It tracks service availability, preventing overlaps and streamlining operations. The Boost plan, designed for two operators, includes two calendars. If you have more than two service providers, you’ll require our Accelerate or Powerhouse plans that offer multiple calendars. These plans effectively manage more complex scheduling needs.


What if I have more than one location?

Can I sync my calendar with Google calendar?
Yes, you can sync your calendar with Google Calendar.
Can I accept payments online?

You can absolutely accept payments online. Our supported payment gateways are eWay, Stripe, Braintree, Square and PayPal.


Is there any limit for the number of services I can add?

There is no limit in adding services.


Can my employees have access to the account?
Yes, our platform will allow you to grant different levels of access to multiple users or employees. This is useful to restrict users to only view information on the system that is relevant to them.
Can I offer group bookings?
Yes, our platform support group bookings. The ability to offer group bookings typically depends on the nature of the service or product you are using (e.g class, event).
Can I pay for my account annually?
You can pay for your account annually. Nabooki offers subscription on both an annual and monthly basis.
Can I change my plan anytime (upgrade/downgrade)?
Yes, you can change your plan anytime, allowing you the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade based on your needs.
