Hiding booking times

If your service runs one session per day, you can remove the time selection from the booking widget so customers only need to choose a date. This guide walks you through enabling that setting, and is useful if you have day tours, one-day events or when customers don't need to know the start time. 

Before You Start:

  1. This setting applies to services that use a group booking or multiple booking service only.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Inventory > Services.
  2. Click the action menu (•••) next to the service you want to update and select Edit.
  3. Select the Booking Preferences tab.
  4. Find the Hide Timeslot option.
  5. Select Yes.
  6. Click Update to save your changes.

Once enabled, the booking widget will display available and unavailable dates for the selected quantity — customers won't be asked to pick a start time.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

Why don’t I see the "Hide Bookable Timeslot" option?

Ensure that:

  • The service is set up as a multiple booking service.
  • The service has at least one scheduled session schedueld.
Can I hide the bookable timeslot if I have multiple sessions per day?
No, this feature is designed only for services with one scheduled session per day.
If multiple sessions exist, customers must select a timeslot to ensure you can manage capacities correctly and the customer knows when to arrive.
What happens if I enable this setting for a service that has multiple times per day?
The earliest scheduled session for the selected date will be automatically assigned. If this is not the desired behavior, leave this setting disabled.
