As an agent, your primary view of the operators you work with is through the Merchants page in the Nabooki Agent Portal. This page gives you a summary of each connected operator and quick access to their booking tool.
Log in to the Nabooki Agent Portal.
Navigate to the Merchants section from the main menu.
For each connected operator, the Merchants page shows:
The operator's business name and email address.
A Book button that links directly to your Agent Booking Tool for that operator.
Key information about your relationship with the operator.
Clicking Book button from the Merchants page takes you to your dedicated Agent Booking Tool for that operator. This tool:
Shows only the services that the operator has activated for your agency.
Automatically applies your commission rate when you're logged in, showing the net price you need to pay.
May offer additional payment options (such as Pay by Invoice) depending on your account settings.
If you need detailed information about an operator’s products, policies, or commercial terms that aren’t visible in the Agent Portal, contact the merchant directly through your established relationship or account manager.

Your agent account supports multiple users, so you can give other team members access to the Nabooki Agent Portal without sharing a single login.
For now, adding users is managed by the Nabooki Support team. To request access for a new user, contact us and provide the following details for each person you'd like to add:
Once added, each user will have their own login credentials and can access the portal independently.
