How do I see my commissions and when will I be paid

Overview

Nabooki provides clear visibility into your commissions, both what you've earned and what's been paid. This information is available through the Orders Report and dashboard in the Agent Portal.

Viewing Your Commissions

Navigate to the Orders Reports section in the Agent Portal. This replaces the previous Booking Payments report and provides a detailed breakdown for every booking:

ColumnWhat It Shows
Commission EarnedThe commission amount earned for each booking.
Commission SettledIndicates whether the commission has been paid or cleared.
Tax on CommissionThe GST applicable to your commission.
Net Price (after commission)The amount actually paid for the booking after commission has been applied.
Amount OutstandingAny remaining balance that is still owing.

You can also see summary-level figures from the reporting dashboard:

  1. Total Booking Value: All bookings made through your agency.

  2. Earned Commissions: Total commission across all bookings.

  3. Paid Commissions: Commission already received, including deemed payments for net (logged-in) orders.

  4. Unpaid Commissions: Commission earned but not yet remitted.

  5. Expected Eligibility Date: The date when unpaid commissions are expected to become payable (typically the travel/visit date).

When You Get Paid

Net Bookings (You Made the Booking While Logged In)

Commission is automatically applied and settled at the time of booking. There's nothing further to collect — the commission is deducted from what you pay at checkout. It's recorded as "Commission Settled: Yes" immediately.

Gross Bookings (Your Customer Made the Booking via Your URL)

Commission is owed to you by the operator after the booking is completed. The operator will remit this amount:

  1. After the travel/visit date (or as otherwise agreed).

  2. Via RCTI (Recipient Created Tax Invoice) — the operator issues the RCTI and makes the payment outside the Nabooki platform.

  3. The commission will appear as "Commission Settled: Yes" once the operator records the payment in the system.

What to Do if Commission Looks Incorrect

If a commission amount doesn't look right, first check:

  1. The commission rate configured for the specific service (visible in your agent booking tool).

  2. Whether the booking was a net or gross booking.

  3. Whether any promotions or discounts were applied that might affect the base price.

If you still believe there's an error, contact the operator directly to review the order.
