All bookings made through your Agent Booking Tool, whether by you or your customers via your agent URL, are visible in the Bookings page of the Agent Portal. You can search, view, and manage these bookings from this central location.
Log in to the Nabooki Agent Portal.
Navigate to the Bookings section.
Browse your bookings or use the Search by Order ID function to find a specific booking quickly.
You can Search by Order ID, making it easier to locate a booking when you know the order ID or customer details.
Each booking record shows:
Merchant name
Customer name
Service booked and travel/visit date
Booking status
To change a booking (e.g., change the date, time, or other details):
Locate the booking in the Bookings page.
Open the booking record.
Make the required changes.
When a booking is modified, the system automatically recalculates the commission based on the updated booking value. You don't need to adjust commission manually.
To cancel a booking:
Locate the booking in the Bookings page.
Open the booking record and select the cancel option.
What happens to commission on cancellation:
Full cancellation: The commission is removed entirely. If it was a net booking, the commission payment that was applied is reversed.
Partial cancellation: The commission is recalculated based on the remaining booking value.
Changes to bookings may affect what the customer is charged and what commission you earn. Always review the updated order summary after making changes.
For bookings made by your customers via your agent URL (gross bookings), any changes should ideally be coordinated with the operator, as the full payment was already collected from the customer.
