How to add your Google Rating and Reviews

Now, Google Reviews can be shown (optionally) alongside your Nabooki ratings and reviews. Having Google Reviews available is helpful for potential customers looking to know more about the services and to see what others have thought before booking.

Note: This requires Google Business Profile, please contact Google if you need assistance creating your profile. 


By default, this feature is not enabled. You need to navigate to Online Bookings > Customisation, and tick the box next to "Show Google Reviews"  under the Reviews Widget section. Be sure to hit the Apply button to save the changes and enable this feature.




Once enabled, it should automatically set your profile based on the address set in the account. 

If not, please navigate to Setup > Location > Edit 



Please note that this will only appear in the edit section and adding a new location will not give you the same option shown below.






It will show you a total rating, based on your Nabooki and Google Reviews scores.

Important Note: Only 5 Google Reviews will appear in the review page. This is a limitation that Google sets. You can however view the all of the reviews by clicking on the "View All Reviews" link on the business listing. 
Your Google Reviews will be automatically updated on the 15th of each month to capture any new reviews that have been added to your Google business profile. If you want to update your reviews sooner than this, please turn off this feature in your Nabooki account and then enable it once again. This will trigger an instant update.
