How to add one day event (adhoc)
Please note: Set up must be complete and the service to be already setup.
An adhoc service is a service that you only want to be available on a specific date and time.
Using the left navigation menu, go to > Setup > Services > press the '...' button > Edit > General tab
Supply all details based on the service.
Please ensure to hit Update to save changes made.
Assign a staff or resource to it.
Please ensure to hit Update to save changes made.
Please note: No schedule should be set on the Availability tab. Instead add it via Calendar.
Please ensure to hit Update to save changes made.
Set your Booking Preferences such as booking cut-off time, cancellation time, etc.
Please ensure to hit Update to save changes made.
Adding schedule via Calendar
Once service is added, you need to assign the date you want this service available on your booking tool via Calendar.
Using the left navigation menu, go to > Calendar then choose the staff/resources you assigned for the service and select the date and start time of the service. (e.g. 2nd of August, 11 AM)
Then Add New window will pop up.
Select Schedule tab > select Staff/Resources > select the service (name of the event) > Click Add schedule.
Schedule Name can also be added.
This service should be available now on your calendar.
