Assigning multiple staff members to a single service is useful when:
💡 How It Works:
1️⃣ Click Inventory from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ Select Services and locate the service you want to modify.
3️⃣ Click the Action menu (•••) > Edit to open the service settings.
4️⃣ Navigate to the Staff & Resources tab.
1️⃣ Click + New Staff to add staff members who can provide this service or select the required staff from the dropdown list.
2️⃣ If customers should see and select their provider, deselect the option "Staff names not visible to customers".
3️⃣ Press Update to save.
✅ If multiple staff members are assigned, the system will only display time slots where all required staff members are available.
📌 Important Considerations:
1️⃣ Click Availability to define how the service is scheduled.
2️⃣ Ensure that schedules align with all assigned staff members’ availability to prevent booking conflicts.
3️⃣ Click Update to save changes.
