How to cancel all bookings at once for a single schedule

When you have multiple bookings to cancel, the process of cancelling one customer at a time is time consuming. Fortunately, there is now a simple option to cancel multiple bookings at once and speed up the procedure.

Using the left navigation menu, go to 
Calendar
 > navigate to the scheduled booking > click 'Cancel Event'.

Please note: Once this button is clicked, it will cancel all bookings, close the event, and will not accept further bookings. If you want to close the event to only prevent further bookings, please use the 'Close event' button instead as this will not cancel the bookings and can be reinstated.



Note: The 'Cancel Event' button will only display in a scheduled event if there is at least one active booking.
