How to cancel your subscription?
When you cancel a subscription during a free trial, the cancellation will become effective immediately. If you cancel a paid subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the prepaid term.
You can go to account profile by clicking the head icon '' located on the top right corner of the account > Billing > View plan
Our free plan gives operators in the service industry a fully functional offline booking system, free of charge.
The free plan will not allow online bookings, however, you can continue to use all of the calendar features to manage your bookings, provide free reminder emails to your customers and build your CRM database. This data can later be used for marketing purposes if you later decide to upgrade to a paid plan.
If you select Cancel my account, a new window will display requiring your Nabooki password for complete cancellation.
Once your cancellation has become effective, you have 14 days' grace to reactivate your account without losing any data.
