How to Cancel Your Subscription

Before You Cancel: We highly recommend downgrading to Nabooki’s Free Plan instead of fully cancelling your account.

✅ With the Free Plan, you can:
  1. Keep access to your booking and customer history.
  2. Continue using the calendar and sending free email reminders.
  3. Reactivate a paid plan anytime without losing data.
📌 Full account cancellation will remove access and may result in permanent data loss.

Step 1: Access the Subscription Settings

1️⃣ Log into your Nabooki account.
2️⃣ Click your profile icon (head icon) in the top-right corner.
3️⃣ Navigate to Billing from the dropdown menu.
4️⃣ Click View Plan to see your current subscription details.






Step 2: Choose Between Downgrading or Cancelling

When selecting Cancel Account, you will see two options:

1️⃣ Select Downgrade to Free Plan.
2️⃣ Confirm your selection.

Your account will remain active with full access to past bookings and customer history.
🚀 You can upgrade again anytime without losing data.

Option 2: Fully Cancel Your Account

1️⃣ Select Cancel Account instead of downgrading.
2️⃣ Enter your Nabooki password for confirmation.
3️⃣ Click Confirm Cancellation.

You will lose access to your account.
🔒 Your data will remain stored, but you won’t be able to access it.








Requesting Permanent Data Removal

If you wish to delete all stored data from Nabooki, you must request this manually.

📌 To permanently erase your account data, email: support@nabooki.com

Warning
Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.
