Cancelling your subscription
If you want to stop your paid subscription, you have two options: downgrade to the free plan or fully cancel your account. This article explains both so you can choose what's right for you.
Before You Start:
- Downgrading to the free plan is recommended over full cancellation. With the free plan, you keep access to your booking history, customer data, and calendar — and you can upgrade again at any time without losing anything.
- Full cancellation removes your account access. Your data is retained by Nabooki but is not accessible to you unless you request deletion separately.
Step-by-step instructions:
Step 1: Open your billing settings
- Log into your Nabooki account.
- Click your profile icon in the top-right corner.
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu.
- Click View Plan.
Step 2: Choose your cancellation option
When you click Cancel Account, you'll be shown two options.
Option A: Downgrade to the free plan (recommended)
- Select Downgrade to Free Plan.
- Confirm your selection.
Your account stays active. You'll retain access to past bookings and customer history, and you can upgrade again at any time.
Option B: Fully cancel your account
- Select Cancel Account.
- Enter your Nabooki password to confirm.
- Click Confirm Cancellation.
You'll lose access to your account immediately. Your data is stored by Nabooki but cannot be accessed.
Requesting permanent data deletion
If you also want Nabooki to permanently delete your data, you need to request this separately. Email support@nabooki.com to make this request.
⚠️ Warning: Deleted data cannot be recovered.
