How to change payment settings and manually enter payments

Payment settings can be defined for each service to either accept online or offline payments.

Using the left navigation menu, go to > Setup > Services > press the '...' button > Edit  > Booking Preferences tab.

Manual Payments

Manual payments can be used on unpaid schedules. This can be useful when online payments are not setup or if other forms of payment are preferred. 

Amount for manual payment can be added via Calendar. 

Using the left navigation menu, go to > Calendar > click the time-slot for the booking with offline payment > a new window will display.

Go to Payment tab > Enter amount of manual payment and payment method use for offline payment (cash, credit card, etc.) > click Add manual payment.

Red stamp "Paid in Full" will display once full amount was added. Completed button can be clicked for completion of booking.
