How to change your booking capacities

Booking capacities set the limit for how many individuals can be in the class or schedule.

Different ways to change capacity for a scheduled session:

1. For a particular session

If you wish to receive less or more bookings on a particular date or time, using the left navigation menu go to > Calendar > click on the schedule you need changes > Edit Capacities button.

Please note that if you will reduce the capacity you can just edit one and the rest will follow once you save it. If not, you need to manually enter the new capacity on each tab.

This will show the capacities that you have for your regular bookings and promotional bookings.

Choose which capacity that you want to change then click on the up or down button on the right side of the screen to adjust them accordingly. Click on the
Update button to save the changes that you made.

2. For all scheduled sessions of a service

Using the left navigation menu,  go to Setup > Services > press the '...' button > Edit > General tab

If you offer group sessions like a class, select Multiple bookings in the box. 
This will open up another field where you can enter the maximum number of participants per session.

When you change the capacity for your regular bookings, your promotional bookings will also be changed since they are based-off your regular bookings.
