How to Change/Update Your Nabooki Password


You can update your password in two ways:
1️⃣
Through Account Settings (if you're already logged in).
2️⃣
From the Login Page (if you know your password but prefer resetting it via email).

Follow the steps below to change your password securely.


Method 1: Change Your Password in Account Settings

Use this method if you’re already logged into your Nabooki account and want to update your password.


Step 1: Access Your Account Settings

1️⃣ Log into your Nabooki account.
2️⃣ Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner.
3️⃣ Select Account Details from the dropdown menu.


Step 2: Update Your Password

1️⃣ Locate the Password tab (as shown above).
2️⃣ Enter your current password.
3️⃣ Type your new password and confirm it.
4️⃣ Click Update to save your password.

✅ Your password has now been updated. You will need to use the new password for future logins.


Method 2: Change Your Password via Email (Alternative Option)

If you know your password but prefer resetting it via email, you can follow these steps:


Step 1: Request a Password Reset

1️⃣ Go to the Nabooki login page.
2️⃣ Click Forgot your password? below the login fields.
3️⃣ Enter your registered email address.
4️⃣ Click Reset Password.

📩 Nabooki will send a password reset email to the provided email address.


Step 2: Set a New Password

1️⃣ Open the password reset email in your inbox.
2️⃣ Click the Reset Password button in the email.
3️⃣ Enter your new password and confirm it.
4️⃣ Click Save to finalize the change.

✅ You can now log in with your new password.

I forgot my current password. Can I still change it?
If you don’t remember your password, use Method 2 above or follow the steps in How to Reset Your Password.

What are the password requirements?
  • Your password should be at least 8 characters long.
  • It should include at leaset one uppercase letter and one number
  • Supported symbols: @$!%*?&
  • Does changing my password log me out of other devices?
    Yes, after updating your password, all active sessions will be logged out for security.
    You’ll need to log in again with your new password.
