Customise your booking widget

This article walks you through customising the appearance of booking widget. This ensures it aligns with your brand, improves user experience, and meets your business needs.

Step-by-step instructions

Go to Online Widgets in the left navigation menu.
Select Customisation.
Make your changes in the relevant section (see below).
Click Apply to save.

What you can customise

Colours

Adjust the colour scheme of your booking widget to match your brand.

Booking Tool

Configure the booking form layout, including the header, time format, logo, and whether customers see time zones.
To show customers available slots in their local time zone, find the Display Timezone setting and set it to Yes.

📝 Note: The time zone shown is based on the time zone set for your location under Settings > Locations. To change it, update the time zone there first.

Booking Button

Customise the appearance of the booking button.

Reviews Widget

Control how customer reviews are displayed on your booking widget.
