How to Downgrade Your Subscription

🔄 If you no longer need certain features or want to switch to a lower-tier plan, you can downgrade your Nabooki subscription at any time.

Step 1: Access the Subscription Settings

1️⃣ Log into your Nabooki account.
2️⃣ Click your profile icon (head icon) in the top-right corner.
3️⃣ Navigate to Billing from the dropdown menu.
4️⃣ Click View Plan to see available downgrade options.

Step 2: Choose Your Downgrade Option

When downgrading your plan, you have two choices:

🔹 Downgrade for the Next Billing Cycle

• Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period.
• The new downgraded plan will take effect at the start of your next cycle.
• You won’t be charged the new lower amount until your next billing date.

🔹 Downgrade Immediately

• Your new plan will activate immediately, and any restricted features will take effect straight away.
• You will be charged a prorated amount based on your new plan for the remainder of the billing cycle.
• Some features may become unavailable immediately based on the limits of the new plan.

Once downgraded, your new plan will renew automatically at the lower rate unless changed or canceled before the next billing cycle.

What Happens After Downgrading?

🔸 If your new plan includes fewer diaries or lower booking limits, ensure you adjust your settings accordingly.
🔸 Any features not included in your downgraded plan will be removed once the change takes effect.
