How to Let Customers See Remaining Availability Before Booking
Enabling the remaining availability display allows customers to see the number of available spots left when booking a multiple booking service. This is useful for group classes, workshops and events where spaces are limited, helping customers make informed booking decisions. Businesses can choose whether to show the remaining capacity based on their booking strategy.
When enabled, the remaining spots will appear in the booking widget during the booking process.
Enable the Remaining Capacity Display
1️⃣ Go to Inventory > Services.
2️⃣ Click the ••• (three dots) action menu next to the service and select Edit.
3️⃣ Navigate to the Booking Preferences tab.
4️⃣ Scroll to the Show Remaining Capacity setting.
5️⃣ Select Yes to enable the display.
6️⃣ Click Update to save changes.
How the Remaining Capacity Appears to Customers
When this setting is activated, customers will see the number of remaining spots displayed in the booking widget next to available time slots.
