How to log customer no shows in the CRM
Customers who do not show for a booking can be tracked directly from the Calendar and viewed in the Customers section of the CRM.
Using the left navigation menu, go to CRM > Bookings > Past Bookings >
press the
'
...
' button > Edit
This allows you or your staff to easily search for a customer and view their booking history at any time.
To track a no show in the Calendar, click on the booking (the booking must be in the past) and click the Did not show button.
You do not need to click on the
completed button each time as the customer will automatically be marked as completed after the booking commencement time.
