How to prevent further bookings for a class

To stop receiving bookings on a particular class or event, use the left navigation menu > Calendar > click on the class or event > Close the event button. 

This will prevent further bookings for the service, however, existing bookings will be retained.

To delete the class or event, click the red rubbish bin icon.

If the service contains customers, you will be notified that proceeding with the deletion will cancel their booking and they will be notified.
