When a booking is cancelled or moved, it remains visible in the original time slot as a placeholder for easy reference.
1️⃣ Go to Schedule > Calendar from the left-hand menu.
2️⃣ Find the original time slot where the booking was made.
3️⃣ Look for the transparent placeholder with a red cross (❌) indicating the cancelled or moved booking.
1️⃣ Click on the placeholder booking.
2️⃣ A pop-up window will display the booking details.
3️⃣ Click Reinstate booking to restore the appointment.
4️⃣ The booking will now reappear in the calendar as an active booking.
If you no longer need the placeholder, you can remove it:
1️⃣ Click on the placeholder booking.
2️⃣ In the pop-up window, click Remove from diary.
3️⃣ Confirm your choice to delete the record permanently.
