How to resend booking confirmation email

Confirmation emails are important as they confirm that a customer action was successful, includes important details, and gives directions for next steps. Resending booking confirmation email makes a new message appear same as the original sent message - there's no added information.

Using the left-navigation menu, go to ScheduleCalendar > click on the booking/view booking > click on the open envelope icon to resend confirmation email.




A message will display that the confirmation has been resent. Alternatively, you can click on History tab to view confirmation email has been resent.
