How to show remaining capacity on a schedule when booking
The ability to show remaining capacity on a schedule when booking is an essential feature for scheduling systems where availability is limited (e.g., booking classes or events). This functionality lets users know how many slots are left for a certain time or event.
To enable this feature, navigate to the main menu, select Setup > Services > Edit (•••) > Booking Preferences tab > Show remaining capacity during booking = "Yes".
