How to start selling products as an agent

Overview

To sell another operator's products through Nabooki as an agent, you first need to be invited and connected to the operator's merchant account. This is the required first step. Agents cannot currently register independently and should contact tour operators directly to be invited.

Step 1: Receive Your Invitation

The operator will create your agent account within their Nabooki merchant profile. You'll receive an email invitation to the address provided during setup. This email will include instructions to claim or activate your agent account.

If You are a New Agent on the Nabooki Platform

A new user account and agent profile will be created for you. Follow the link in the invitation email to set your password and access the Agent Portal.

If You Already Have a Nabooki Agent Account

Your existing account will be linked to the operator's, you don't need to create a new account. Simply log in to your existing Agent Portal to see the list of your connected operators.

Step 2: Claim Your Account

Once you receive the invitation email:

  1. Click the link in the email

  2. Set up or confirm your account credentials.

  3. Log in to the Nabooki Agent Portal.

Step 3: Provide your Business Details

Note for agents: Until the “self-register” business details feature becomes available, please complete the Agent Business Details Submission Form to provide or update your business information. If you require assistance, please contact support@nabooki.com

Please have the following information ready before submitting the form:
  • Agent name (existing Name), e.g. Cudo
  • Address
  • Country (existing Country), e.g. Australia
  • Timezone (existing Timezone)
  • Contact number
  • Billing email
  • Company name, e.g. Nabooki Pty Ltd
  • Business Registration Number, e.g. 75 456 765 765
  • Agent website (existing Client Website URL)
  • Agent logo (Upload Logo type 2, against white background)
  • Agent icon (Upload favicon)
  • Agent description (existing Integration page copy)

Step 4: Verify Your Access

Once logged in, navigate to the Merchants page in your Agent Portal. The merchant should appear as a connected operator with a Book button that links to your dedicated Agent Booking Tool.

If the merchant does not appear, contact them directly or reach out to Nabooki Support at support@nabooki.com.

Make a test booking and ensure expected products are visible, commissions are auto-applied, payment can be made, notifications received

What's Available to You

Once connected, you'll have access to:

  1. Your personalised version of the booking tool.

  2. Only the services that the operator has activated for your agency — not all the operator's products are necessarily available to all agents.

  3. The ability to make bookings, with commission automatically applied when you're logged in.

  4. The ability to distribute your booking tool directly to customers

  5. Access to your booking portal allows you to:

    • View and manage all bookings, including the ability to cancel or amend them, where permitted by the operator.
    • View commissions earned and any outstanding amounts, where credit has been approved by the operator.
