How to update note templates

Note Templates are designed for counselors and practitioners that require a form type of note after/while they provide their service.

Nabooki offers a pre-added set of templates. However, you can still update or delete the unnecessary templates based on your business requirements.

Using the left navigation menu, go to > Setup Note Templates > Detailed Notes



Press the '...' button beside the template > Edit > to see the pre-added questions/fields for each template.



Click the '+' plus button to add a new field to the template. You can also re-arrange them accordingly, simply hover the mouse pointer at the field label to drag.
