Why can't I see all my staff while setting a schedule?

The system has built-in logic that checks for the availability of the assigned staff and resources before it allows a schedule to be created. This ensures you do not double-book staff and/or resources across different schedules.

If a staff member has already been scheduled for a service during that time or their hours of availability do not match, they will not appear in the creation of another service for the same time period.

How to troubleshoot:

  1. Ensure there is no conflict with the staff and/or resources existing schedule.
  2. Ensure there is no conflict with the staff and/or resources hours (including multiple locations).
  3. Ensure you have assigned the correct staff and/or resources to the service.

You will also be able to view staff's booking using the left navigation menu, go to > Calendar > select the staff under Staff & Resources section > bookings assigned to the selected staff will display under the day and date column.
