Log customer no-shows

If a customer doesn't turn up for their booking, you can mark it as a no-show. This keeps your booking records accurate and gives you a history of missed appointments in your customer profiles.

Before You Start:
  1. Bookings are automatically marked as completed after the scheduled start time — you don't need to mark them complete manually.
  2. Marking a no-show is a separate action and does not cancel the booking.

Step-by-step instructions

  1. Go to Sales > Bookings in the left-hand menu.
  2. Select the Past Bookings tab.
  3. Find the booking using the search bar or by scrolling through the list.
  4. Click the action menu (•••) next to the booking.
  5. Select View Booking.
  6. Click Did Not Show to mark the booking as a no-show.

The no-show status is now recorded against the booking.

View a customer's no-show history

You can view a customer's full booking history, including any no-shows, from their customer profile. To go there directly from a booking, click the customer's name in the booking window. Or follow the steps below.
  1. Go to CRM > Customers in the left-hand menu.
  2. Use the search bar to find the customer by name, email, or phone number.
  3. Click the customer's profile.
  4. Open the Bookings tab to see their past and upcoming bookings.

No-show bookings are marked accordingly in this list. Use this history to identify customers who frequently miss bookings and adjust your policies as needed.

💡 Tip: If you want to restrict future bookings from a repeat no-show customer, review your cancellation policy settings or contact Nabooki support for guidance.
