Managing cancellations
Cancellation settings are configured through Booking Timing Rules, which can be set up in the Booking Preferences of each service.
Please refer to booking timing rules here to learn more.
To update your cancellation settings
- Go to Inventory > Service.
- Click on the service you want to edit.
- Go to the Booking Preferences Tab.
- Edit the allowable cancellation time.
- Click Update to Save.
