Managing customer notes


Nabooki lets you attach notes directly to a customer profile so you can keep track of preferences, to-do items, or session-specific information.

We have two types of notes that you can choose from:
  1. Quick Note for light weight note entries. 
  2. Detailed Note for when you need to use a structured template. 
This guide walks you through the customer note option. 


Add a quick note

  1. Go to CRM > Customers.

  2. Search for the customer by name, email address, mobile number, or booking ID.

  3. Click the ••• button next to the customer and select Edit.

  4. Select the Notes tab.

  5. Select Quick note.

  6. Type your note in the text field

  7. Click Update to save your changes.

Once created, you can also view or edit past customer notes. 




Add a detailed note 

A detailed note uses a template to help you capture structured information. You can select from the note templates we have created, these cannot be customised. 

  1. Go to CRM > Customers.

  2. Search for the customer by name, email address, mobile number, or booking ID.

  3. Click the ••• button next to the customer and select Edit.

  4. Select the Notes tab.

  5. Select Detailed note.

  6. Choose a template from the available note templates.

  7. Fill in the template fields.

  8. Click Update to save your changes.



Add a note from a booking

You can also add a quick note or detailed note directly from a booking in the calendar.

  1. Go to Schedule > Calendar.

  2. Click on the booking you want to add a note to.

  3. Click the folded paper icon.

  4. Select Quick note or Detailed note.

  5. Enter your note or fill in the template.

  6. Save your changes.
