Manually add a payment 

Nabooki lets you choose how each service accepts payment — online at the time of booking, or offline so you can collect payment in person. This article explains how to record a manual payment against a booking.

Step-by-step instructions:

Once a customer with an offline booking has paid, use the Calendar to record their payment.
  1. Go to Sales > Bookings, in the left menu. 
  2. Search or find the booking you want to edit. 
  3. Click the ••• button next to their name/booking and select view booking. 
  4. In the booking details window, select the Payment tab.
  5. Enter the payment amount.
  6. Select the payment method (for example, cash or credit card).
  7. Click Add manual payment to save.
The booking will display a Paid in Full stamp once the full amount has been recorded.
