Merge customers

Merge customers

If you have duplicate listings for the same person, you can merge them.

You can navigate to the main menu, click on CRM > Customers > search name, email or mobile of customer you would like to merge (duplicate contact) > Merge.



Search the name that you would need to affiliate it with (main contact).





Notes
Please note: Once contacts are merged, this action cannot be undone.
You can review the details of the selected main contact before merging the contacts.
